• Creation of P&ID by AVEVA, verification of equipment outline, creation and verification of parts list
• Preparation of order and functional specifications for ST and GT valves, strainers, Gland steam condensers, filters, equipment and accessories for combined cycle power plants
• We work with customers around the world to provide end-to-end support
• Review and approve supplier documentation and outline drawings for steam turbine and gas turbine accessories.

• Handling the operation and maintenance of steam turbines (5. 5 MW) and combined cycle power plants (20 MW) and Supervising the Power Plant department with 6 power plant operations staff.
• Operation and maintenance of Air Compressors,MVR'S (Mechanical vapour re-compressors)
• Create a downtime maintenance schedule and obtain necessary spare parts for your equipment.
• Processing shift work, analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in resolving work problems.
• Maintenance of gear pumps, screw pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, and heat exchangers
• Technical and commercial coordination with suppliers of spare parts required for machines.

Projects Handled:

• Installation, operation and maintenance of the New HANWA Turbo compressor SM4000
• Installation of the New Combine Cycle Power plant capacity of 20MW
• As per the requirement technically approving and making procurement for the centrifugal pumps required for whole new sugar Plant in Egypt - Canal sugar

• We will receive bidding documents (drawings + specifications + bill of quantities) for mechanical work. Review the bidding documents and ensure that they contain all the data required for pricing.
• Prepare technical questions such as details and missing documents for bidding
• Send requests to specific/unknown suppliers for materials and follow up to receive quotes from various suppliers
• Estimate raw materials and design cutting plans using Auto cad and Omni Cad.
• Evaluate supplier offers based on bidding requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, variances, etc. and perform a comparative analysis of all quantities and use the optimal solution.
• Prepare a cost sheet for the project highlighting the value of the equipment/materials and prepare a quote for final presentation to the client/main contractor.
