• Joined Famco as Service Advisor in Commercial Vehicles Division , initial responsibilities include customer handling, Estimate Preparation, Job card control concentrating on Key fleet customer accounts like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC), Dubai City Sight Seeing and Sharjah Road Transport Authority (Sharjah RTA).
• Additional responsibilities includes clarification of customer issues and Conducting Root Cause Analysis for recurring indents and escalating findings to management to resolve product or service complaints, parts planning, cost control for the fleet maintenance contracts, PM scheduling-Coordinating teams for breakdown assistance etc.
• Responsible for maintaining maintenance budgets, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality to Fleet contracts.

Assigned with the job responsibilities of Service Engineer from March 2021 and handling the below mentioned job responsibilities.

• Collaborated with customers to understand their specific equipment needs and provided tailored solutions, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
• Provided technical guidance and training to technicians and service advisors, enhancing their skills and knowledge
• Costing and contract preparation for Maintenance contract for customers and new tenders.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as sales and OEM to address customer needs and recommend solutions including the technical and commercial aspects.
• Responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports and presentations.
• Responsible for carrying out root cause analysis on premature and repeated failures of components.

• Evaluating the resulting bid documents for the scope and appropriateness, recommending a vendor to management and ensure compliance with the technical and commercial terms and conditions specified in the concerned documents
• Preparation of Bid Documents for various equipment and Work Scope for vendors and service providers.
