Main Responsibilities :-

• Managing job openings and coordinating resource allocation.

• Oversaw installation, testing and commissioning of engineering systems to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Performed comprehensive testing of Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, ensuring compliance with design specifications, functional performance, and safety standards.
• Executed the commissioning of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels, validating seamless switching operations and system reliability under various load conditions.
• Participated in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for LV switchgear assemblies, including phase sequence verification, insulation resistance testing, and High Voltage (HV) testing to confirm equipment readiness for site deployment.
• Involved in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of LV switchgear panels, conducting inspections, functional checks, and corrective actions to ensure ongoing performance and reduce risk of electrical failures.
• Utilized a range of electrical testing instruments, including Clamp meters, Digital multimeters, High voltage testers, Secondary injection kits for Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), and Torque wrenches, to ensure proper functionality, calibration, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assisted in the design and layout of electrical panels using AutoCAD, based on client-approved load schedules, ensuring accurate component selection and compliance with technical standards.
• Performed hands-on panel assembly during site training, including wiring, clamping, and crimping of flexible cables using proper tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), in accordance with workshop safety procedures.
• Supported panel cost estimation by analyzing client-approved load schedules and preparing bill of materials (BOM), contributing to accurate budgeting and project planning.

• Electrical Design Support: Coordinate the procurement of custom electrical components to meet project design needs, assisting with schematic interpretation.
• Supplier Relations: Monitor and maintain vendor performance and relationships; negotiate contracts for optimal quality and cost.
• ERP & Compliance: Utilize ERP tools for procurement tracking, ensuring transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
