I did work at the call center taking calls and helping the customer’s. Solving their problem’s / complaints and escalating them. Giving them the information they need for their credit card such as the limits change and their outstanding also raising installment request for their finance’s. I also help with blocking and replacing their debit card if there is a fraud and etc. Also issuing the liability letter and clearance letter if needed. I work on different systems there . Im also a quick learner and work under pressure professionally as well as multitask .
