• Scope of Work: The project concept is to improve traffic for the public by widening Algeria Road from two lanes to three lanes per direction, from the tie-in with Project R1090 at the intersection with 11th Street near Al Khawaneej Road, up to the intersection with Tunis Road.
• The existing roundabout at the intersection with 27th Street/31st Street is upgraded to a signalized intersection with dedicated left-hand turning lanes to serve the Al Muhaisnah and Al Mizhar communities.
