 Setting up and maintaining inventories of all operating and non-operating equipment’s.
 Ensuring all the Stewarding Team members are adequately and regularly trained on how to operate the dishwashing machines, handling Chinawares,Glasswares, silverwares,Kitchen cleaning equipment’s and Standard operating procedure for kitchen equipments cleaning
