Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, Executive Chef and F&B Director regarding the hygiene and cleaning process.
Monitoring and control the chemical usage, cleaning equipment and maintain the budget allocated.
Organizing the breakage committee meeting to Minimize and control the breakages.
Implementing Waste Management system, Recycling and Sustainability Programs. Maintaining Clean and Safe Working Environment and Reporting faults, misused damaged equipment issues to Executive Chef, and Maintenance Manager and ensuring all the kitchen equipment’s are in good working condition. Preparing, implementing and execution of the annual and Monthly F&B and Stewarding budget, capital plan, and strategic projects.
Setting up and maintaining inventories of all operating and non-operating equipment’s.
Ensuring all the Stewarding Team members are adequately and regularly trained on how to operate the dishwashing machines, handling Chinawares,Glasswares, silverwares,Kitchen cleaning equipment’s and Standard operating procedure for kitchen equipments cleaning
