ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects from conception through construction and completion
• Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
• Design Development / Coordinate design development and assist in providing technical direction regarding the scope of projects.
• Monitors modifications in Design/Site (by client) and make sure that it has no impact on the main design and its implemented inside the shop drawings
• Assigning the subcontractors as per client requirements, their qualification and quotation.
• Evaluate the technical documents for each subcontractor.
• Reviewing material submittals.
• Review the Design and shop drawings by sub-contractors for all finishing packages.
• Ensure testing and commissioning is carried out in line with the project requirements.

• Scheduling Material and Equipment Purchases and Deliveries
• Inspect Project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification & safety.
• Preparation of daily progress reports, weekly progress reports for close monitoring of progress.
• Coordinating with suppliers/Subcontractor inorder to complete the project on time

• Calculated construction material costs and quantity needed and gave estimates.
• Supervised engineering activities at project sites and ensured work was in accordance with specifications.
