Outline - Oversee the operations within the projects, coordinate with management (internal/external), Involve in planning according to the requirements of the projects. Execute accounting principles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Manage site activities and operations to secure efficiency, dealt, subcontractors and associated compliances. Initiates and executes project start-up/closeout. Ensures the project pledges must meet all deadlines and adhere to company's policy standards.
• Reviews approved construction drawing, estimate costs of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection and asses the work performances done by all sub-contractors.
• Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performance.
• Enforce the relevant safety rules on site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility.
• Assist in the planning & sequencing of the construction operation according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors.
• Meet the consultant and subcontractors to keep the project on time & zone budget.
• Attending meetings with owners to solve technical issues & other related matters.
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Overseeing quality control, health, and safety matters on site.

• Review and approve inspection, test plans & quality control plans form contractors, identifies and analyzes and resolve problem issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
