CONNECT,MYCONNECT AND CLAIMS PORTAL

National Takaful Company(Watania) P.J.S.C

• MyConnect is a B2C platform that allows users to generate quotes and convert them into policies for three key LOBs: motor, medical individual, and home.
• Customers can file a motor claim with a valid police record and track the status of their claim.
• The Connect platform is now open for Brokers, Intermediaries, and Watania Users to connect with their credentials and issue policies for their customers for the major LOBs - Motor, Home, Workmen's Compensation (WC), Contractors Plant and Machinery (CPM), Contractor All Risk (CAR), and Medical.
• Configurator console allows Watania staff to create and configure the product, plans, brokers, profiles etc., for the Connect, MyConnect and Claims portal.
• Claims Portal is for Watania users and authorized service providers to process the motor claims in 7 stages - Claim Intimation or First Notice of Loss, register a claim, provide estimate for a claim, assess a claim, claim approval, settlement, recovery & salvage.
• Connect, MyConnect and Claims portal is integrated with Watania core ERP system (EsKADENIA) and customized CRM platform (SuiteCRM).

• Aditya Birla has a tie with Banca channels like HDFC and AXIS. Bank Tele Sales team will reach out to their credit card and premier customer and do tele sale for the Aditya Birla Health Insurance.
• B2C platform that allows users to generate quotes and convert them into policies for Medical Individual and Group
• •Customer are onboarded into the Suite CRM as a Lead during the Quotation process and converted to Contacts / Accounts once the quote to converted to policy.
• Online Payment is done by the customer via the email / SMS sent by the system.
• System has inbuilt workflow for the approval and maker checker process.
