- Responsible for executing and completion of construction project at UAQ site which includes the Civil, architectural and structural works
- Responsible for Development of plan specifications and estimation, preparing of design detail and engineering reports and verification of reports
- Responsible of carrying out all procurement activities related to all projects
- Reviewing the vendor contracts, negotiating terms, conditions and pricing for product/material
- Managing a team of skilled workers and take responsibility in leading them and train them to achieve the task and improve their skills and knowledge
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring of Quality management and implement and develop new procedure of methods to execute the jobs

- Responsible in preparation of Cost Estimate in all Discipline
- Agreed Budget Cost, Cost to complete, Cost Evaluation Report, and Cost Gathering using
- Microsoft Project
- Examines, Prepares and supervises all types of cost estimates, conceptual and definitive for various engineering, maintenance works
- Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, material and labor calculation for final approval
- Provide conceptual and detailed life cycle cost estimates of various capital projects and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple operations
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum demand
- Determine manpower equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to the production needs
