Job:

• Operation and Maintenance of CNG compressed gas module vehicle and Pressure Reducing systems.
• Maintenance and overhauling of Pressure Regulators, Fuel gas pressure Regulator, Solenoid valves, Gas filters, Actuator, Break away, NRV.
• Installation and commissioning of Gas Detection and fire alarm systems.
• Erection and Commissioning of Pressure reducing systems and Metering stations.
• Operate CNG Compressor plant & Dispensers and involve in trouble shooting activities (Electrical and Instrumentation).
• Maintenance,Programming & trouble shooting of PLC control systems and Electrical panel.
• Providing support to client 24*7 on call.
• Managed to deliver over 60,000 m3 of Gas delivery, and managed to handle six clinets in various region of UAE.
• Plan, Execute, Monitor and report the maintenance activities of CNG Compressor Plant, Pressure Reducing Metering systems, Metering stations , Compressor Gas Modules
• Maintaining spares list and critical spares should be in place to avoid long downtimes and create aware of department managers of spares availability
• Respond to breakdowns on immediate basis , fault find and identify root cause and then implement the solutions to prevent recurrence
• Perform preventive maintenance as per the approved schedule and perform corrective repair works either electrical and mechanical maintenance work
• Ensure all works are done as per O&M manual by considering the all safety standards
• Pre prepare work schedules, daily/Monthly/yearly reports, method statements and ensuring the timely submission to respective department manager for their review and approval
• Follow company procedures of documentation on carried work of equipment as instructed by Department Managers
• Preparing Daily reports, Maintaining calibration certificates & Records.
