Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Ensure the timely delivery of orders, maintaining an on-time delivery rate of 80% to meet daily logistics targets.
• Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to manage logistics processes, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of logistics.
• Team Development: Work closely with delivery associates to provide training and mentorship. Optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
• SOP Compliance: Enforce and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all logistics operations to ensure quality and consistency. Oversee COD transactions, ensuring all payments are deposited within 24 hours of delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Partner with the fulfillment team to ensure order accuracy, zero damage, and timely deliveries.Streamlined operations and prioritized tasks, allowing senior staff to increase revenue by 25%
• Customer Experience Management: Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) services to address customer queries, resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis of CX complaints.
• Performance Metrics Interpretation: Review dashboards and key performance metrics daily to assess associate performance and operational efficiency. Provide regular updates to the logistics manager and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Returns and Reverse Logistics Management: Oversee the reverse logistics process, ensuring smooth returns, proper inventory handling, and timely processing of returned goods in compliance with company policies.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) Utilization: Leverage WMS to streamline inventory management, track shipments, and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Assist logistics coordinators in tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Receiving and Shipping: Receive stock from the centralized logistics team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment to properties. Coordinate transportation of goods, manage shipping schedules, and ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring proper storage of products and safe handling of equipment.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics operations in databases or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards during stock receipt and before shipment. Report any discrepancies or damages to the relevant team.
• Problem Solving: Address 00% logistical issues such as delays, shipping errors, or inventory discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards, including safety and environmental requirements.
• Reporting: Assist logistics coordinators in generating reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping metrics to inform management decisions.
• Return Management: Handle the return process for damaged goods received from the centralized logistics team. Inspect, process, and document returns in accordance with company policies.
