Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, I had overall operational responsibility for the following areas: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a 28-bedded medical-surgical inpatient unit, urgent care, and multi-specialty and general pediatric outpatient clinics.

Clinical and Quality Management:

  • Improved service line efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices. Evaluating, updating and writing clinical practice guidelines
  • Streamlined workflow processes, eliminating bottlenecks and maximizing productivity within the outpatient clinic.
  • Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Oversee staff-to-patient ratios and clinical coordination to optimize patient care delivery.
