A bilingual Management Consultant with 20 years of experience in the MENA region, advising senior government officials and the C-suite on areas spanning business transformation strategies, strategic planning, digital transformation management, program & project management and process re-engineering.
Hala has joined Ernst & Young (EY) in 2007 as a junior consultant and is currently a Director in EY’s MENA Consulting Practice.
Based in the UAE, Hala is leading the sales and delivery of multi-million Complex Transformation Programs, establishing Program Management Governance and developing Strategies for the UAE federal and local Government and Public Sector.
Prior to Joining EY, Hala worked as a Project Manager for a donor funded project, and as a Trade Information Manager for the European Commission, based in Jordan.

Led the Financial Operations Results Project, a project funded by the Middle East Partnership Initiative under the umbrella of the US Congress. The project aimed at bridging the gap between financial institutions and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and facilitate SMEs’ access to finance.
My role included:
Oversaw the development of a financial planning and credit scoring application.
Developed marketing and media coverage content.

Devised and executed the training plan for SMEs and Bankers.
Recruited trainers on financial management.
