• Participate in preparing the sector plan by developing a comprehensive departmental plan that defines priorities, objectives, key performance indicators, departmental needs, challenges faced, and the methods to address them.
• Participate in preparing the Ministry’s report, which highlights the achievements of the sectors, by including the accomplishments of the department over the year.
• Develop and prepare the methodology for the annual administrative and financial evaluation plan, including the evaluation mechanism, methodology for assessing programs and projects, reports, and corrective actions, linking them to administrative violations stipulated by law for management purposes, through issuing manuals, developing working papers, and creating report templates.
• Develop plans and programs for field visits to monitor and evaluate the administrative and financial performance of public benefit organizations, non-Muslim houses of worship, and private non-governmental social institutions.
• Supervise the work team in evaluating the programs, projects, activities, and events of public benefit organizations and non-Muslim houses of worship, and prepare related reports and recommendations.
• Oversee the work team in assessing the compliance of public benefit organizations and non-Muslim houses of worship with their defined objectives and their commitment to implementing plans, programs, projects, and activities, and review the related reports.
• Oversee the work team in following up on corrective actions arising from administrative and financial assessments, and prepare an annual report on the outcomes of these corrective actions.
• Oversee the work team in handling general assembly service requests provided by the Ministry and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all procedures.
• Supervise general assembly meetings of public benefit organizations and non-Muslim houses of worship, and organize the elections of their boards of directors.
• Oversee the work team in receiving complaints submitted by public benefit organizations and houses of worship, and supervise the implementation of the corresponding procedures by the team.
• Establish principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate the department’s strategic plan, contribute to its development, and oversee the implementation of operational plans, including periodic reviews of achievement and performance rates, ensuring alignment with the department’s objectives and reporting findings to the Director of the Department.
• Prepare the department’s risk register, which played a key role in the Ministry achieving ISO certification.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with best standards.
• Provide the necessary support to the Director of the Department and carry out any other tasks as assigned.
• Develop continuous learning programs and enhance, train, and motivate work teams to ensure the delivery of services at the highest quality.

• Provide periodical analytical studies for the top management for federal government entities, which include areas such as corporate governance, human-resources and financial statement.
• Participated in critical projects such as translating Ethical standards for auditors and analysis of all federal entities salaries and other benefits.
• Contributed to fostering strategic relationships and collaboration between Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) across the Asian and Pacific regions as a Member of ASOSAI and PASAI Relationship Committee.
