F. I was assigned the duties of the assistant managing director for claims in his absence, and it is the job that deals with all types of claims for the Sheikan Insurance Company technically.

G. I contributed directly to the reorganization and arrangement of the auto-claims Department headed by the Sheikan Insurance Company in Khartoum, which led to my obtaining many written commendations from Mr.\Managing Director of the Sheikan Insurance Company, and among these arrangements Reorganizing the internal department of this huge department, where internal departments were allocated under the chairmanship of a specialized department head …...Example:

1\ Third party claims section.

2\ Section for total loss claims (Including full supervision of the salvage).

Initiatives:

· Follow-up inspections, conduct negotiations and make the necessary settlements in

coordination with companies and inspection experts, and estimate international loss adjustor towards clients.

Example: The Saudi Electricity company in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the most important clients of the Islamic Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

· Making final settlements for outstanding claims for a long time, for example Dal motors Company, (Agent for Mercades cars, Mitsubishi cars, Kia cars and other Korean and Chinese motor cars Company) Which is one of the most important clients of the Sheikan Insurance Company in Sudan.

· Nafeer work to manage auto\claims after official working hours for a period of two months in order to complete the most important settlements of claims recovery with other insurance companies by reviewing all files of paid claims for more than 3-5 previous years and issuing debt notes and credit notes to the accounts of other insurance companies with Sheikan Insurance Company.

· Dealing with external workshops directly after the work was limited to the only Sheikan workshop, which facilitated the smooth movement of paid claims and prevented the accumulation of customers waiting to pay their claims in cash, as the claims were paid through the direct repair of the contracted workshops.

· Requiring the claims staff to make the first survey to the damaged vehicles and determine whether the matter needs to be transferred to the inspecting engineer, which reduced the costs of the inspections and increased the experience of the claims employees with the inspections.

· Reducing the required documents while reducing claims procedures to the lowest possible extent by activating the automated system and determining what is required of the client from the first meeting and transferring them to workshop they desires through the contracted workshops, thus ending the client’s relationship with the company and starting with the workshop.

· The agreement with one of the largest clients of Al-Baraka Insurance Company to settle a pending claim that the customer refused to accept, but after negotiation he agreed to receive compensation, amend the policy after renewing it, and introduce the rest of his economic activity into insurance with Al-Baraka Insurance Company, which necessitated the praise of the general manager of Al-Baraka Insurance Company for my administration.

· I travelled to Cairo at the expense of the Sudanese Insurance and Reinsurance company Ltd., where I got involved in the discussion with the managing director for financial and administrative affairs of the Egyptian Nas Contracting company (Hassan Muhammad Allam) and came back carrying one of the largest insurance policies notifying the contractors of the Egyptian company that works in the construction of the Qarry\Port Sudan road for a period of three years. These are limited examples of the many initiatives and contributions I made in the field of insurance that contributed to preserving existing customers, increasing their insurance activities, bringing many new customers to work in light of the good reputation for good dealing by providing good customer service.
