Technical Management:

Major Projects:

· AL SHERAA - DEWA HQ (B+G+4P+15F+Service) offices building, Al Jaddaf Dubai.

Role: Lead Architect – Site Operation.

Project information: AL SHERAA, contains 1B & 5P levels for parking, 9 office levels, and 3 executive levels. 3 amenity levels include a nursery, prayer rooms, auditorium, lecture, training halls, lounges, library, gallery, and meeting rooms. building has a sloped solar roof (Sail) for PV panels. TBA 2,054,047 ft2, cost AED 1.6B fully finished, project is under construction.

· Harbour Views 2B+G+2P+47+2R Commercial Residential Towers for M/s Emaar, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai.

Role: Senior Architect – Site Operation

Project information: Project located in new Downtown (Dubai Creek Harbour) and contains 2 Towers of 50 residential floors setting in 2 podium levels with 720 flats between (4Bed, 3Bed, 2Bed and 1bedroom, 32 penthouses and 28 townhouses), with amenity building in Deck Floor including Gym, kids’ facilities, multifunction hall &. TBA 1,761,546 ft2 and cost AED 820M fully finished, project completed late 2020.


· Creekside 18 2B+G+3P+37+2R Commercial Residential Towers for M/s Emaar, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai. (Site Supervision)

Role: Senior Architect– Site Operation

Project information: The project located in Dubai Creek Harbour and contains 2 Towers of 38 floors setting in 3 podium levels and Facilities in Deck Floor & 3 penthouses levels and 2 townhouses, project contains 512 flats between (4Bed, 3Bed, 2Bed and 1bedroom). TBA is 1,256,822 ft2 and cost of AED 652M fully finished, project was completed late 2020.

· Jubail Island Development, AbuDhabi. (Design Review)

· Dubai Metro Enhancement, Dubai. (Technical review and Clouse out)

Major Achievements:

  • Supervise largest building in MENA, which features high thermal performances triple glazing & participated in certification of first BIPV panels installed on high-rise building façade & approve Engineering of PV roof that is both one of tallest & largest in world.
  • Supervise largest NET ZERO Energy, Smartest Governmental building in world, with LEED Platinum & WELL Gold and complies with DGBR.
  • Coordinate major strengthening works to building structure; provided technical notes.
  • Provide scope gap report & design reviews & participate in various major Value Engineering during site operations and achieved Employer targets (reduction of 20% of cost).
  • Use of GFRC for 50-story high building's exterior, with cavity sizes ranging from 250 to 750 mm.
  • Use of technology as BIM (Revit & Navisworks) & BIM 360 & Laser Scanning, VR & Holobuilder and electronic platforms as Aconex, Unifier, and assist.

· Marina Residence 4B+G+1+H.C+38 Commercial, Residential building at Marsa Dubai.

Role: Project Manager– Design Review & Site Operation

Project information: The project has more than 300 class A apartments and 12 commercial spaces. provide 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses in Marina district. With amenities as swimming pool, basketball court and kids play area, health club. TBA 562,038 ft2 and cost AED 300M fully finished, project completed late 2018.

· Burj Nahar Shopping Centre & Residence 2B+G+2M+4 at Muteena, Dubai.

Role: Development Manager - Design

Project information: The plot developed with class A Shopping Center and Class B residential flats due to location of project in Al-Muteena. provided 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments & the maximum retail area in 3 floors to suit the market needs. TBA 600,145 ft2 and cost estimated AED 750M fully finished for flats & shell and core for Retails, the Design completed mid-2016.


· Five-star Hotel at Al-Rigga 3B+G+M+12, Dubai, UAE. (Design)

· Mix use building 2B+G+6+H.C at Ghala, Muscat, OMAN. (Design)

Major Achievements:

  • Complete redesign of JAM tower after award of contract, to meet needs of improved efficiency required by end-users, regulatory requirements, and Dubai 2020 vision, with flexibility to convert some of the floors to furnished apartment.
  • Using new technology on construction as crystallization material only for substructure WP.
  • Resolve RTA restrictions imposed on logistics issues because of metro line.
  • Appoint of Interior design and landscape consultants during construction and manage both design and materials selection within this stage.
  • Manage high-rise projects involve inexperienced contractor to successful completion.
  • Replace original precast concrete, cladding, stick curtain wall system and flat slabs to aluminum composite panels, unitized curtain wall and precast concrete slabs to accelerate progress.
  • Switch from a chiller-based to a district cooling system, as well as negotiate and sign contract with Empower, to maximize energy efficiency and make use of building’s rooftop as amenity.
  • Address massive leak in basement by hiring experts and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Manage to resolve RTA road shoring constraints, as well as DEWA objection on drop of area and entry drops caused by its cables.

Major Projects:

· Pre-built Warehouses, at KIZAD, Abu-Dhabi.

Role: Senior Project Architect - Design

Project information: The project divided into two phases: first, 100 warehouses of 1000 square meters each in a free zone region; second, 50 warehouses of 2000 square meters each in non-free zone areas, for total storage area of 220,000 square meters. Each warehouse has only small office area (10 %) and a lot more storage space (both regular and cold storage). Layout allows for easy merging of multiple warehouses (up to 4 warehouses). TBA 2,450,000 ft2 and cost estimated of AED 650M fully finished, design completed 2011.

· Fairmont Hotel 2B+ G +2 M + 13 + Royal Penthouse at Ajman, UAE, for private office of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Khalefa Al Nahyan.

Role: Senior Architect- Design and Site Operation

Project information: Featuring 252 guestrooms, suites and royal penthouse complete with stunning views of Arabian Gulf, with contemporary touches. amenities such as 7 restaurants and lounges, Tennis court, Fitness center. 2 grand swimming pools. TBA 550,000 ft2 and cost AED 300M fully finished, project completed late 2012.


· Northwest (2B+G+8) offices & West Zone 4*(G+12) offices, G+8 multistorey car parking for Dubai Properties at Business Park (now Dubai design district), Dubai.

Role: Senior Project Architect - Design

Project information: The two plots located on business park (now d3): first, northwest, with 192 base built offices and 12 retail spaces spread across eight stories (G+2B). Second is West Zone, which consists of 4 buildings with total of 12 office floors, 384 shell and core offices, and 24 retail spaces located at GF. and separate multistory parking with total of 12 stories, for parking vehicles of the whole development. the TBA 4,000,000 ft2 and cost AED 1.2B shell and core, design completed mid-2008, projects stalled due to financial crises of 2008.


· Smart Height Offices 4B+G+4P+H.C+21 for DAMAC at Tecom Zone C, Dubai.

Role: Project Architect- Design and Site Operation.

Project information: The project has more than 250 base build offices with various spaces and 10 commercial spaces at Tecom zone C. With amenities as swimming pool, Gym, Steam, and sauna. TBA 562,038 ft2 and cost AED 300M shell and core, project completed early 2011.


· Santevill Dubai 2B+G+3P+Deck+18+H.C at business bay for Sungwon, Dubai. (Design).

· SCA Office Building (4B+G+10+H.C) at Garhood, Dubai. (Design and Site).

· Emirates Flight Catering staff accommodation 4 * (G+3), 2* (G+2) @ Jabel Ali, Dubai. (Design).

· Emergency Residential Building B+G+3 for AD Police, AD (Design).
