Role: Lead Architect – Site Operation.
Project information: AL SHERAA, contains 1B & 5P levels for parking, 9 office levels, and 3 executive levels. 3 amenity levels include a nursery, prayer rooms, auditorium, lecture, training halls, lounges, library, gallery, and meeting rooms. building has a sloped solar roof (Sail) for PV panels. TBA 2,054,047 ft2, cost AED 1.6B fully finished, project is under construction.
· Harbour Views 2B+G+2P+47+2R Commercial Residential Towers for M/s Emaar, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai.
Role: Senior Architect – Site Operation
Project information: Project located in new Downtown (Dubai Creek Harbour) and contains 2 Towers of 50 residential floors setting in 2 podium levels with 720 flats between (4Bed, 3Bed, 2Bed and 1bedroom, 32 penthouses and 28 townhouses), with amenity building in Deck Floor including Gym, kids’ facilities, multifunction hall &. TBA 1,761,546 ft2 and cost AED 820M fully finished, project completed late 2020.
· Creekside 18 2B+G+3P+37+2R Commercial Residential Towers for M/s Emaar, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai. (Site Supervision)
Role: Senior Architect– Site Operation
Project information: The project located in Dubai Creek Harbour and contains 2 Towers of 38 floors setting in 3 podium levels and Facilities in Deck Floor & 3 penthouses levels and 2 townhouses, project contains 512 flats between (4Bed, 3Bed, 2Bed and 1bedroom). TBA is 1,256,822 ft2 and cost of AED 652M fully finished, project was completed late 2020.

As Program and Projects Manager, I was responsible for managing diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality programs and projects in UAE and Oman. my role included overseeing both the pre- and post-contract phases, with total capital expenditure of AED 4 billion. I directed and managed my teams to ensure that projects were completed in accordance with the end-user vision and business strategy, while also monitoring contractual, technical, and financial aspects from initiation to handover. I prioritized cost and planning control and managed teams to deliver exceptional results that met all requirements. Role: Development Manager - Design
Project information: The plot developed with class A Shopping Center and Class B residential flats due to location of project in Al-Muteena. provided 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments & the maximum retail area in 3 floors to suit the market needs. TBA 600,145 ft2 and cost estimated AED 750M fully finished for flats & shell and core for Retails, the Design completed mid-2016.

Project information: The project divided into two phases: first, 100 warehouses of 1000 square meters each in a free zone region; second, 50 warehouses of 2000 square meters each in non-free zone areas, for total storage area of 220,000 square meters. Each warehouse has only small office area (10 %) and a lot more storage space (both regular and cold storage). Layout allows for easy merging of multiple warehouses (up to 4 warehouses). TBA 2,450,000 ft2 and cost estimated of AED 650M fully finished, design completed 2011.
· Fairmont Hotel 2B+ G +2 M + 13 + Royal Penthouse at Ajman, UAE, for private office of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Khalefa Al Nahyan.

Project information: Featuring 252 guestrooms, suites and royal penthouse complete with stunning views of Arabian Gulf, with contemporary touches. amenities such as 7 restaurants and lounges, Tennis court, Fitness center. 2 grand swimming pools. TBA 550,000 ft2 and cost AED 300M fully finished, project completed late 2012.
· Northwest (2B+G+8) offices & West Zone 4*(G+12) offices, G+8 multistorey car parking for Dubai Properties at Business Park (now Dubai design district), Dubai.
Role: Senior Project Architect - Design
Project information: The two plots located on business park (now d3): first, northwest, with 192 base built offices and 12 retail spaces spread across eight stories (G+2B). Second is West Zone, which consists of 4 buildings with total of 12 office floors, 384 shell and core offices, and 24 retail spaces located at GF. and separate multistory parking with total of 12 stories, for parking vehicles of the whole development. the TBA 4,000,000 ft2 and cost AED 1.2B shell and core, design completed mid-2008, projects stalled due to financial crises of 2008.
