Passionate about being with Medtronic for the past 25 years in different roles and locations. Across the years, gained perspective to understand both Surgeons’ needs and Internal Team needs.   • Developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans, resulting in exceeding AOP expectations for 3rd consecutive year. FY24 was heavily impacted by sanctions on Russia. Overall, EMEA RLM achieved 15.5% growth over FY23. CEMA compensated for Russia and grew 22%, which above Strat Plan expectations.
  • Collaborated with Global US & DS Marketing, R&D and RLM Global Marketing. Organized road shows, Proactive Competitive Defense & SCJ & SCJ7 Acceleration Programs, resulting in CEMA growth from $140M in FY23 to $172M in FY24. EMEA RLM succeeded to protect Energy business and gained share.
  • Circle of Excellence Inductee in FY22 & FY23.
