• Constantly observing the vessels and yard operations to ensure the standard operations procedures are followed.

• Coordinating with On/Off shore team for the Requested Material for the operation.

• Coordinating with Offshore Marine Team for land craft movements.
• Ensures materials are appropriately stored.

• Manages the Wear and Tear material for new and repair.
• Prepare vessel landing plan and make sure goods are loaded and properly secured on a safe and efficient way.

• Planning of project storage site On/Off shore, and schedule for upcoming project activities.
• Reports to Project Logistics manager for On/Off Shore requirements for the operations.
• Responsible for ensuring all receiving documents and daily goods received document & attached to the system accordingly.

• Ensure tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
• Traffic management plan to simplify the transportation of materials at Offshore.

• Checked pricing, scanned items, applied discounts, and printed receipts to ring up customers.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.
• Used in-store system to locate inventory and place special orders for customers.
