Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers (Corporates, Brokers & individual clients) pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans
Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
Undertake account reconciliations as required
Send out monthly client statements as may be agreed from time to time
Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
Preparation of weekly collection & bank position report
Reconciliation of Bank position with statements
Preparation of cheques & online transfer pertains to policy premium refunds & claims
Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
