Managed payroll processes, Off-boarding and HRIS functions:


  • Complete execution, management & validation of MENA payroll - UAE, KSA & Egypt - including income tax & statutory deductions. Along with posting of entire regional payrolls in SAP.
  • Execution of entire MENA payroll banking through WPS, Non-WPS & C3 for UAE and through H2H banking for Other GCC (for total of approx. 7000 employees) each month.
  • Management and supervision of off-boarding process for entire MENA region - ensuring clearance recording, settlement of final dues as per prevailing regional Laws, financial posting and banking of final dues as per applicable deadlines.
  • Oversee the day to day HR shared service functions to ensure accuracy and integrity of all data maintained in HRIS systems and timely availability of updated information all stakeholders.

HR Transactions - review maintained Personnel data & documentation and approval of success factor based requests received like Line Manager changes, Transfers, Promotions, Salary increment, Bank details updates, new Hires & Separations actions.

  • HR Operations - supervise records of on-boarding, reference checks, induction & orientation, attendance, employee lifecycle - such as hires, terminations, employee status changes, transfers (inside country & outside country), cost center changes/ promotions etc., employee engagement & disciplinary actions.
  • Process, monitor and review employee master data against documentation and employee files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established processes.
  • Lead a team for 3 people & provide guidelines to ensure accurate & timely completion of payroll for each business segment, including validation of all variable payouts (incentives , overtimes etc.) & deductions, processing of leaves, attendance, trend analysis & approval of payrolls.
  • Posting of monthly entity wise payrolls and reconciliation of monthly budget vs actual payroll costs and other liabilities & provisions. Also provide Intracompany payroll reports to finance to assist in relevant charge, book closure and bank reconciliation.
  • Involved in internal & external HR audit and assist in finance audits related to liabilities and provisions.
  • Involved in the process of preparation of annual payroll budget program in line with agreed Total Rewards & Finance policies
  • Preparation of Periodic Rewards analysis, HR & Remuneration reports to Management & Board members when required
  • Continuous strive for system improvement & automation and participates in testing, trouble shooting and problem resolution in the development and maintenance of HR data bases (UAT & SIT)
  • Liaises with Banks for employee verifications and banking automation & improvements.
