Study the IFC drawings and specification and analyze the requirement of the project and prepare the shop drawings.
Preparation & review of LV distribution shop drawings such as Lighting, Small Power, Containment, Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation Systems, Emergency Lighting and External Lighting, Low Current Systems, Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems and Building Management Systems, Calculations such as Electrical Load Schedules, Normal and Emergency Lighting Calculations, Voltage Drop Calculations for Cables and Bus duct, Cable tray sizing etc.
Installation & Testing of ELV system- Fire Alarm &its control of HVAC system and its interfaces with firefighting system, GRMS, lighting control system & Building Management System.
Testing & commissioning of LV panels including ACB panels, MDB, ATS, Generator, Capacitor banks, SMDB, MCC panels & various control panels of pumps, fans, AHUs
Preparation & review of BOQ of all systems in accordance with the drawings.
Check and review all approved shop drawings and materials are in accordance with the project specifications, IFC drawings and authority regulations and approvals.
Coordinating with various department for installation, testing and commissioning of PHE system, Firefighting system and HVAC systems.

Raising quires (RFI) against design clarification or technical confirmations and having detailed technical meeting with consultants if any required. Notifying delays and submission of variation cost.
Preparing daily and weekly construction progress reports and detailed work program and establish material procurement schedule.
Attending regular meetings with main contractor, consultants, architects and client with regards to project planning and progress.
Managing & liaising with specialists/suppliers for the selection of materials, timely delivery of materials & services.
Responsible to get all site approvals, material approvals without delaying any site activities.
Coordinating and managing all departments during preopening of project, DLP management and AMC contract with subcontractors
