• Drive feasibility studies, combining market analysis and technical evaluation, to guide high-impact investment decisions.
• Participate in joint venture negotiations as a key project stakeholder.
• Lead the selection and onboarding of technology providers, PMC firms, consultants, and contractors.
• Define project strategy and manage the execution of a bio-refinery facility within KEZAD.
• Oversee a portfolio of interrelated projects under a unified program to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and the board on project progress and cross-sector business potential.
• Advise procurement and legal teams on contract strategies and risk mitigation with developers and vendors.
• Standardize processes and documentation to implement a robust PMO framework.
• Support group subsidiaries by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and identifying new business opportunities.

Role

• Enforce Group policies for commercial, legal, and HR compliance.
• Develop and execute sector operational plans aligned with business growth.
• Manage sector, project P&L and cash flow to meet targets.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, cost, schedule, and safety.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Chair project meetings and manage client/stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with authorities on regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and contractor management.
• Supervise construction, quality control, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
