• To ensure that the projection going in accordance with all the approved construction drawings contract documents specification sandal applicable standards.

• Construction of Underground Utility Services for the project, including underground Sewerage System, Potable Water Service, Storm Water Service, Irrigation, and Fire Fighting, as well as Telecommunication Services. Street light, LV& HV cable laying, 11kvsubstations, CCTV Network, Side walkway interlock, Road asphalt works.

• Construction includes Excavation of Trench and area in the designated location for Chamber and pipe installation, Chambers and Manholes Casting and installation and backfilling after successful inspection of installation for the services. Also, execution of road profiles up to Finished Road Level Works.

• Supports Quantity surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payment and claim.

• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work progress summary reports submits to consultant for c aiming.

• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works.

• Supervision of all concrete works of Manholes, inspection chambers.

• Supervision of curbstone, landscape and all related concrete works.

• Participating in weekly review meeting with the client and the consultant to solve the site issue or drawing issues.

• Monitoring of site foremen and providing technical guidance to construct the works.

• Execution of road profiles up to Finished Road Level Works.

• Inspecting the quality of work against approved shop drawings and materials, following approved method statements.

• Reviewing submittal shop drawings, materials submittals, and subcontractor pre-qualifications to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Conducting inspection and checking on site works.

• Coordinating with the Client, sub-contractors, and suppliers for work progress, answering contractors' technical queries, and liaising with government authorities on project-related issues.

• Reviewing Contractor payments and comparing them to site conditions

• Planning of construction activities and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.

• Preparation of shop drawings for site work execution.

• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly work progress summary reports submitted to the consultant for claiming.

• Coordinating with the Client, sub-contractors, and suppliers for work progress, answering contractors' technical queries, and liaising with government authorities on project-related issues.

• Assisting in planning and development of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials.
