To Perform line and base maintenance activities like Transit Inspection,layover inspection,Weekly Inspection, assisting in A-check andand C-check inspection on AIRBUS A320 NEO & CEO Aircrafts with IAE V2500/A5,CFM 56-5B4/3 and PW1127- GAJM ENGINES.

Maintain and overhaul aircrafts and sub-assemblies in accordance with established maintenance schedules, including inspections, testing, repairs and installations of engine systems and components.

Job Specification:

· Certify Aircraft are airworthy in accordance with local and international aviation standards.

· Manage the ordering of inventory parts needed to ensure works can be carried out speedily and efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with applicable technical publications through the use of maintenance instruction manuals for the appropriate type/ model/ series aircraft.

· Attends, keep up to date with changes in engineering and procedures, and ensure all works completed are done in a safe and efficient manner.

· Interface with higher level commands, activities, and depots on all maintenance-related issues.

· Reassemble components and check for operational deficiency.

Manufacturer MPD, MRB and DGCA guidelines & its circulation within the organization and other contracted maintenance organizations and conducting periodic AMP review meetings as and when AMP revised and ensuring that all aircraft in Organization fleet are maintained according to approved AMP and maintain current AMP compliance status in respect of each aircraft.

• Development/amendment of Aircraft Maintenance Schedules up to the level of Organization’s scope of CAR-145 Approval and Special Inspection Schedules and approval of same by the Organization Maintenance Manager & CAM.

• Ensure life-limited aircraft parts are replaced in time in terms of life remaining in Flight Hour/Flight Cycle/ Flight Landings/Calendar Period (as applicable).

• Ensure for issue and compliance of Routine Task Cards and Work Orders for the all scheduled and unscheduled Check packages.

• Co-ordinate with logistics/stores department to ensure that all aircraft spares, consumables related to Scheduled task/ ADs / SB / MOD's Kits / special tooling etc. are procured and made available to line maintenance and other AMOs in required time frame.

• Co-ordinate requirements to meet redelivery condition for aircraft to be returned at the end of lease terms.

• Coordination of major checks and responsible for Quality, Planning, Stores, and Material planning related functions during C check at the facility of approved maintenance contractors.

• Prepare short, medium and long term maintenance plans to meet maintenance schedule requirements and maximize utilization of intervals between checks.

• Liaise with Network Control and MCC team in case of aircraft changes/delays/extra flights to ensure that max revenue is generated by swapping of aircraft and revising maintenance plans
