Provided L2/L3 production support for SAP FI and CO modules.

• Resolved daily incidents related to posting errors, payment failures, tax calculation issues, and integration mismatches.
• Supported month-end and year-end closing activities including GL reconciliation, AP/AR aging, asset depreciation runs, and foreign currency revaluation.
• Handled bank accounting configuration including house banks, electronic bank statements, and bank reconciliation.
• Supported intercompany accounting and cross-company postings.
• Assisted auditors by providing financial reports and reconciliation data.

Project 2: SAP ECC to S/4HANA Implementation – Trading Company

Supported ECC to S/4HANA Finance conversion including Universal Journal (ACDOCA) implementation.

• Implemented Business Partner approach for customer and vendor master data.
• Configured multiple currencies and parallel accounting.
• Optimized financial closing process using S/4HANA embedded analytics and reports.
• Supported finance team during testing and post-go-live stabilization.

Project 1: SAP S/4HANA Implementation – Manufacturing Client (India & UAE Operations)

• Conducted business workshops to understand R2R, P2P, and O2C processes and prepared Business Blueprint and Fit-Gap documents.
• Configured enterprise structure including company code, business area, credit control area, and chart of accounts.
• Implemented New GL with document splitting and parallel accounting.
• Configured General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting modules.
• Configured automatic payment program (F110), dunning procedures, and customer/vendor master data.
• Implemented Asset Accounting including asset classes, depreciation areas, acquisitions, retirements, and transfers.
• Configured Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders in CO module.
• Handled MM–FI integration including OBYC account determination, GR/IR clearing, and inventory postings.
• Handled SD–FI integration including revenue account determination and billing postings.
• Performed data migration of GL balances, open AP/AR items, and asset balances using LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
