Warehouse Operations Management:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Oversee receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations, to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for analysis.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and streamline workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and EHS regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
· Issuance of job offer letters to new recruitees, gather all required information and documents for processing the employment visa.
· New visa issuance and renewals, labor contract/work permit issuance and renewals are completed within the prescribed time frame.
· Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding processes, including asset issuance, labour camp allocation, transportation arrangements, etc. as applicable.
· Deal with all government department and authorities, including JAFZA, MOHRE, Immigration Department, Tasheel and Amer Centers, Health Authorities, and all other government department and authorities which may related to the functions of our Administration and HR Departments.
· Maintain all data in established format and software meant for the purpose. updating all records documents handled in physical files and the digital copy of the same in allotted servers.
· Keep myself updated with all relevant rules and regulations related to employees’ relations, visa processing and all other matters of law and government procedures related to business operations and employee engagements.
· Monitor business registration logs and coordinate for timely renewal / compliance of the same.
· Monitor company owned fleet list and own timely registration renewal, insurance claims, fines, branding, service, and maintenance process. Facilitate vehicle / equipment hire and ensure validity and compliance in hiring process.
· Labour camp, staff accommodation, executive accommodation, and site office facility management responsibilities. Conduct monthly inspection of all facilities and submit the report.
· Analyze monthly utility bills (Etisalat, du, dewa, etc.) and submit summarized forms for management approval and identify & charge personal usage cost, as applicable.
· Submit statement of accounts with required supporting documents against the payments requested and done on behalf of official responsibilities assigned on a timely manner, for cash and all related e-wallet transactions.
