· Deliver the annual total parts business plan for the assigned dealer territories (construction equipments)
· Develop aftermarket solutions growth opportunities and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
· Implement aftermarket solutions industry account plans for customer accounts, adopt and advocate for sales funnel management method, support dealer market intelligence
· Optimize parts sales variance utilization to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan.
Keep CRM and internal systems up to date with sales pipelines and SV spending.
· Deliver SEM (CAT subsidiary) parts business plan set to dealers, implement parts marketing campaigns and incentive programs.
· Conduct monthly business reviews with dealers, identify parts sales opportunities and products available to aftermarket to grow parts revenues, report VOC , VOD and industry trends for future planning and product developments
· Lead parts management excellence and support dealer parts operations capability
· Support service capability development and service excellence; drive visible changes to dealer’s service operations, service coverage, and technical capability.
· Supervise and manage the work progress of services, repairs, overhauling of CAT machines and gensets, and lead service technicians for in house and field service
· Identify service needs, plan work orders to meet repairs deadlines, match workers to jobs and prepare quotations
· Support CVA implementations and maintain excellence in customer service through monitoring WIP and the standard hours
