Acting as an Electrical Lead Engineer in FEL-3 stage Upgrading Control System Project BI-10-15538 & BI-10-15539 for SAUDI ARAMCO, with the following roles and responsibilities: -

• Successfully managed and executed the project, ensuring strict adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline
• Successfully led the electrical team to deliver projects on time and within budget,ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Generated drawings for various electrical components, including Single Line Diagram, Grounding.
• Layouts, Electrical Equipment Details, Panel Board Schedule, and Cable & Conduit Schedule.
• Performed calculations for cable and conduit sizing, load capacity and voltage drop,transformer sizing, battery sizing, UPS sizing.
• Provided effective leadership to project teams, offering clear direction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitored and reported project progress, promptly implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Collaborated closely with vendors and suppliers to source compliant electrical equipment of the highest quality.
• Establish, maintain, and build healthy client relationships. Proactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Perform quality control checks throughout all stages of the schedule and Monitor compliance with industry codes and practices.
• Attending all meetings concerning progress, technical contractual matters, and assists in taking and issuing minutes of such meetings.
