  • Preparation of scope of document and proposal evaluation for different clients.
  • Preparation & review for following documents: Functional requirement document, Assisting businesses in preparation of chart of accounts and account structure, Solution design document, Fit Gap Analysis and provide recommended workaround for the process, To-Be process flow preparation and re-engineering of business processes, Preparation for test scripts and user acceptance testing scenarios, Finalizing checklist for sanity checks and signing off documents for the business etc.
  • Supporting businesses during hyper care period and post go live support.
  • Managing working relations with different stakeholders w.r.t implementation of Dynamics 365 FinOps.
  • Preparation and Presentation of Management accounts using Management Reporter feature for Dynamics 365 FinOps.
  • Assisting Apex management for information technology department budget finalization and preparing and presenting report over budget control (Actual vs Budget) on quarterly basis using Budget planning within Dynamics 365 FinOps.
  • Working with business on product development, scope management, communication matrix and managing system version updates.

  • Preparation of sales tax log report based on computation of input and output VAT using Tac module within Dynamics 365 FinOps.
  • Support finance team in month end reconciliation, accruals and provisions booking.
