Human Resources Specialist, Handling the administration of HR for 3 Carlton Hotels and suites (including 5 stars hotel). After Covid-19 I handled the 3 Hotels alone by myself for one year and a half.

● Facilitated the interviewing, Organized company events and employee gatherings.

● Managing the recruitment and selection process.

● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

● Responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.

● Coordinates with department heads their recruitment needs according to the budget of the property.

● Support and provide full cycle recruitment, including ad placement, resume screening, phone screens, interviewing and reference check.

● Responsible of the staff Certificates requested by Dubai municipality.

● Investigate and resolve all fashion retail employee complaints, issues and concerns regarding employment practices, working conditions, disciplinary actions, originating from various sources.

  • Using two different payroll systems for the 3 Hotels , Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data (Attendance, increments, positions, departments, Salaries, Nationalities, Birthdays, and any related data for the staff..)
  • Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
  • Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
  • Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and social security tax, and calculating employer’s payments for social security, unemployment and worker’s compensation

Accomplishments

    I always make sure that my work is not only about meetings, recruitment, and meeting the needs of management and employees but from time to time I do different entertainment activities for Managers and employees according to the management budget, to maintain a beautiful workplace environment for employees to encourage and motivate them.

    During the past three years, I completely changed all Staff cafeterias and Locker rooms in the Hotels to make each one motivated to come every day to their work.

    A full renovation was done for the accommodation in Dubai , starting from their Rooms to the lobby, GYM and made A new TV room which they are using now to do activities there from time to time.
