I always make sure that my work is not only about meetings, recruitment, and meeting the needs of management and employees but from time to time I do different entertainment activities for Managers and employees according to the management budget, to maintain a beautiful workplace environment for employees to encourage and motivate them.
During the past three years, I completely changed all Staff cafeterias and Locker rooms in the Hotels to make each one motivated to come every day to their work.
A full renovation was done for the accommodation in Dubai , starting from their Rooms to the lobby, GYM and made A new TV room which they are using now to do activities there from time to time.
