Working in talent acquisition in Dubai is a different experience to recruitment in the UK, as I get to work with people from all different cultures and backgrounds from all over the world. I work closely with the company to headhunt top brokers in the industry, focusing on quality over quantity to support the company's vision and set a strong example in the market. I have strong networking skills and I'm good at reading candidates not just on their professional background, but their presentation and personality too. I also support candidates with onboarding and retention, making sure they have a positive experience throughout the process, and I keep building relationships across the market and industry long after placement.

• Currently I am working for Emirates as Cabin Crew. In this role I gained many experiences and skills such as delivering exceptional in-flight service by actively engaging with passengers and addressing their needs. Collaborated with team members to maintain a safe and efficient cabin environment during flights. Conducted pre-flight checks to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. I also assisted in emergency procedures training, enhancing team readiness and passenger safety awareness. Trained in emergency evacuation procedures, CPR, and First Aid. Even managing passenger queries and complaints, fostering positive relationships through effective communication skills.

• I worked at Indeed Flex as a recruitment advisor. In this job I had many different roles and responsibilities such as conducted comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit within client organizations. Advising clients on best practices for onboarding and employee retention to enhance workforce stability. Screening resumes and conducted phone interviews to determine suitability for positions. The key is to maintain a calm positive mindset during chats as well as emails so this does not reflect negatively on the company or myself. However knowing I helped workers find opportunities to earn and provide for themselves and family's gave me joy in it self.

• I worked at AO.com as a sales advisor. Where i take inbound and outbound customer service calls discussing customer's orders and selling insurance on the products. This helped me cultivate relationships with repeat customers, fostering loyalty through personalized interactions and follow-ups. Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for product promotions and strategic upselling initiatives. I would have targets to hit each day and week which could be challenging at times however I would achieve these weekly. Another responsibility to follow is the strict correct complaint and GDPR script to ensure all customers are treated fairly and equally. I would also train new employees on company policies and strong sales techniques.

• I worked at Tony&Guy as my first job as an apprentice. I come across physical hard work during this time I gained many skills such as assisting senior stylists by providing support during client consultations to enhance service delivery. Coordinating scheduling and appointment management to optimize stylist availability and client satisfaction. I also learnt to cut and style hair as well as familiarizing myself with products for different types of hair that suits the client as well observing safety protocols when handling chemicals and other salon products. This help develop strong client relationships through attentive service and personalized styling recommendations.

• I worked at House Of London as a retail assistant which had many roles such as assisting customers with product selection, enhancing overall shopping experience and satisfaction. Maintaining store displays to ensure visual appeal and adherence to branding guidelines. Having an eye for detail and fashion was crucial during this role as it represented not only the company but my own personal passion for fashion. There was many challenging times especially during busy periods such as Christmas etc however maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude so that each customer has the best experience during their visit. I also operated cash registers to process customer transactions. I would really enjoy helping customers try on and fit merchandise.
