• Participate in the development and administration of department goals, objectives, and procedures. Prepare and administer large program budgets. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• TRAINING – Analyzing and identifying the training needs; preparation of Departmental Training plan; Micro & Macro updates, Return of Investments (ROI), online scheduling and organizing for the Department employees.
• Recruit and Select:
• Establish an effective recruitment process
• Establish a database of recruitment agencies with preferential rates
• Source, interview and recommend potential candidates for position openings and internal Organization.
• Preparation of salary certificates, visa letters, remuneration letters and other HR/employee related letters; Maintain & Update the Personnel Files and the Leave; employee database; filing, etc.. Maintain and update entries/data in the e-HRMS on the Personnel Module Develop and manage the recruitment and administration processes to ensure optimal workflow
• Manage the HR Database and information and workflow through various systems and processes
• Establishment and implementation of the Siemens LLC Jobs and Careers Sites
• Responsible for the Induction Program and the effective overall orientation of new employees into the organization
• Exit and Separation:
• Establish an effective clearance procedure for organizational exit
• Conduct exit interviews to obtain feedback from separating employees
• Develop the process to ensure effective exit from the organization (Exit interview survey, Exit checklist)
