During my time at Revolut, collectively we grew the business from 1000 headcount to 2500 employees worldwide.
  • Regular stakeholder management/liaison up to CEO level, working closely with the senior leadership team to define roles/projects, set expectations on resourcing and managing the recruitment process as well as new hires
  • Full cycle recruitment across departments including corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Fin crime, Workplace, STEM hiring)
