With extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in sectors like healthcare, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and education, I have developed a strong foundation in managing complex projects. Since graduating in 1997, I have honed my skills as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Construction Supervision Services.
Key strengths include managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, overseeing budgets, timelines, and teams, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. I excel at prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and making quick decisions to keep projects on track, even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Effective communication is a cornerstone of my management style. I emphasize clarity with clients, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress. Active listening, asking the right questions, and providing regular updates are key practices I employ.
I also prioritize relationship-building within teams and with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. This approach has led to improved communication, greater productivity, and higher-quality project outcomes.
