• Developed new documents to help run the business smoothly such as Lease Renewal Forms, Early Lease Termination Forms, Maintenance Request Form, and Office Space Application Form
• The general maintenance of the companies premises and the refurbishment of offices to meet expected requirements
• Installation of PBAX telephone system in all offices

MARKETING

• Lowering prices up to almost 20% because the city the country is facing a national decline in rent prices
• Introduction of a website www.ibcuae.com in the year 2011 and the development of a standardized company logo, header, and footer that is used in all formal documents
• Offering free internet and the ability to book a standard meeting room to all customers as an added value service

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Recruitment and selection of a personal secretary using www.bayt.com
• Use of traditional recruitment method to employ office boys
• Guiding employees on how to improve their communication methods and professional writing

ACCOUNTING

• Reviewing the Monthly Expenses (Salaries, telephone and electricity bills, petty cash, …) and paying them out
• Litigate returned check with customers who have failed to do so even after setting new postponed dates

BUSINESS SETUP

• Handling of all official governmental documents required for the startup of the business
• Established contracts with local suppliers such as Blacksmith Coffee Company LLC and Boncafe
• Established contacts with Chinese companies for buying bulk furniture and tableware at effective prices

MARKETING

• Development of a standardized company logo, header, and footer that is used in all formal documents
• Developed the interior design, signage concept for the shop

BUSINESS SETUP

• Development of a business plan comprising of two Gulfstream Aircrafts: G200 & G450
• Took part in the hiring process of the staff

• Designed the Al Shohub School Procedures for Expatriate Hire; this document lists all the procedures a new teacher will have to go through from the attestation of certificates, to the obtaining of a visa, the forms to be filled for the Ministry of Education and the school, the obtaining of a labor card, insurance card, and an Emirates Identity card
• Designed a Declaration and Clearance Certificate for leaving teachers
• Designed, implemented, and evaluated an Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Designed a Job Performance Evaluation Form for the Primary and Secondary Sections
• Designed Student-Teacher Evaluation Form for the Secondary School where students evaluate the performance of their individual teachers
• Updated the staffs’ Personal and Medical Information Form
• Updated the Students’ Application Form
