- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and administers the operation of the Electrical Maintenance Section,
- Supervising and reporting the day-to-day operation activities.
- Repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
- Troubleshoot Malfunctions of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems, and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.
- Perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.
- To inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install, wire and maintain electrical mechanical equipment in the plant or an assigned area, including structural, crane, hydraulics, Motors, Engines . Make electrical mechanical repairs as required.
- Installation, operation, relocation, and maintenance of all productions equipment
- Lead the dry dock activities for the dredger which occurs every 5 years such motor overhauling,upgrading electrical systems, renew electrical cables, etc.
- Managing the onboard spare parts and freq updated the onboard list checking for any shortage and raising requisition to maintain the availability of the spare parts onboard for any needed.
- Perform routine maintenance for DC/AC motors on a frequent basis
- Perform Calibration for all the on-board instruments and raise reports four recording.
- Assist in full upgrade of all electrical systems on board with Automation.
- Assisting with the BAKKER Dutch company response for the upgrade for two dredgers.
