· Welcome and greet patients.

· Patients regestration using Hospycare software.

· Analyse insurance coverage for new patients

· Entering patients accouts data from source document with in time limit.

· Updates patients electronic medical records with correct insurance information.

· Obtaining financial and general consent form patient / legal guardian.

· Clerical responsibilities.

· Generate cash /credit summary reports on daily basis.

· Verifying customer information, receiving payments by cash and credit card, preparing daily record to account.

· Reviewing data for deficiencies of error, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

· Ensuring quality patients services.

· Ensure approvals are in place for all the patients.

· Prepare separate bills for personal items not coverd by insurance.

· Ensure deductable and co payments are correct and collected from the patients.

· Assist patients in understanding about their insurance plans and provide necessary feedback regarding coverage and co-pays.

· Following with insurance team about the emergency and special cases approvals.

· Provide a distinguished and fast service to patients with VIP category insurance.
