Plans daily work based on work orders and job instructions received, visits sites to assess major jobs and contacts operations personnel to clarify fault details to ensure completion of assigned jobs in an efficient manner within time scale.
Checks, troubleshoots faults on mechanical equipment, inspects equipment to identify faults.
Carries out the daily repair work on all mechanical, dismantles, dissembles machinery, replaces defective parts and pipes, sets safety mechanism, and observes the operation of repaired equipment. Notes details of repair on work order.
