• Promoted in Oct 2013 to Assistant Crewing Manager position and managing crewing team in Singapore to do crew management of Major vessel of company
• Attended various Pipelay and heavy lift project within my tenure with company.

• Main role of Crew Coordination for company's flag vessel Lewek Constellation
• Was given opportunity by management to handle crewing role of the vessel from the yard to first project of the vessel
• Help management to outline crewing budget of the vessel and build vessel's minimum operation manning when vessel was still in build stage in Vietnam yard
• Task involve during my tenure was to recruit new hire, Managed compliance of crew before they step onboard and identify training requirement of the crew while they are heading for their first heavy lift project in Angola
