• Modelling for MEP services such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Containments as per the IFC/Design drawings.
• Preparing Coordinated models for all the services.
• Preparing shop drawing for all MEP services as per design/IFC drawings.
• Following BIM protocol is followed for all construction projects & coordination.
• Preparing Builders work model & shop drawings.
• Extracting quantities from the final models and preparing the schedules for the same.

• Taking care of all comments from PMC & JV and preparing responses of the same.
• Preparing Coordinated Plant Room Model.
• Preparing coordinated RCP layout for architectural approval.
• Preparing NavisWorks File/Document for Coordination & presentation.
• Preparing Duct Sizing as per RDS or Heat load.
• Preparing Architectural & Structural Model from CAD layouts for coordination.
• Preparing Revit family as per approved product data sheet.
• Attend coordination meetings ensuring all trades are coordinated and accounted, including discussion regarding possible alternate routes eliminating interference with other trades.
