• Perform routine and non-routine task , modifications, daily and weekly checks including airworthiness directives and service bulletin with proper aircraft maintenance manuals, component maintenance manuals documentation and standard practices.
• Perform removal and installation of all cabin components such as aircraft seats, galleys, lavatories, non-textile flooring (NTF), side walls, ceiling panels and dado panels, floor boards, partitions, cabin attendant seats, air grills, stowage bins, doghouses, safety equipment, sliding windows, curtain rails.
• Perform inspection and rectification of cabin defect findings.
• Perform cabin reconfiguration, additional seat for capacity, first class seat, business class seat and economy class seat section.
• Check re assembled components for operating efficiency and general condition and serviceability in accordance with established maintenance schedule and rectifies defect of malfunctions recorded by the flight crew.
• Perform special requests for aircraft defects raised by Aircraft Appearance Department.
• Ensure that all maintenance requirements necessary to ensure airworthiness of the aircraft have been accomplished.
• Skilled in using tools and equipment for Repair and Maintenance.
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company.
• Maintain an orderly and clean working area and observe all safety measures.
• Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished maintenance procedures ordered parts.
