• Reviewing the payment submitted by contractor and issuing payment certificate

• Reply to all Contractor correspondences especially the claims and variations as per Contract documents

• Doing tender analysis during tender floating process and provide proper recommendations

• Manage the site work with site inspectors
• coordinate all high-level works with other seniors like architectural,mechanical, electrical, ...etc
• attending all progress, commercial, and technical meeting and minute them

• Coordinating with client to finalize the required selections and Client obligations as per the Contract
