Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Estimate the time, cost, and resources required for a project.

• Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the project budget.
- Ensure costs are controlled and managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervision and Coordination:

- Oversee and supervise all construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Monitor the work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Quality Control and Safety:

- Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site.

• Resource Management:

- Oversee the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that resources are available and efficiently utilized.
- Manage the workforce and ensure that labor requirements are met for each phase of the project.

• Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
- Address any concerns or problems raised by stakeholders, clients, or team members.

• Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction activities, permits, and contracts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking the site condition and the main utility lines (that includes electrical power lines, telephone lines... etc.) as per the provided drawings from the concerned party, to assign the landmarks for the excavation works.
• Taking the official approval from the consultant to start the excavation works.
• Starting the excavation works and marking the places that need to be reinforced for pipes installations.
• Installing the water system as per the specifications, the local construction regulations, and safety criteria.
• Backfilling the excavated line and prepare it for the handover procedure.
