As a seasoned Software QA Manager at STARZPLAY, I lead a team of 32 QA Engineers overseeing QA activities for 44 applications across diverse platforms including WEB, mobile (Android, iOS), smart TVs (Samsung Tizen, LG, Hisense), gaming consoles (Sony PS4) and various Backend Systems across billing and payments, BizSupport and telco integrations, User Management, content discovery and recommendations. My expertise extends to managing front-end and back-end automation squads, leveraging tools like Selenium, Appium, PyTest, and Flask and various utility applications.

I work closely with the Leadership team to align QA strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, I liaise with the Business and Product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective testing methodologies. My collaboration with the Customer Service team enables me to gather valuable feedback and address user concerns, enhancing the overall user experience.
