Activity Perform:

• Expertise in General Instrumentation and developing and designing
  documents & drawings in all aspects of Control System Engineering.
• Preparation/Review of the specification/datasheet for all types of fields. Instruments used in oil and gas industries.
• Prepare the materials requisitions (MR) of the I&C package.
• Prepare/Review the materials take-off (MTO) of the I&C package.
• Prepare the technical bid evolution (TBE) of the I&C package.
  Prepare the scope of work (SOW) and specification of the I&C package.
• Provide technical expertise in instrument and control engineering
  associated with package units and field instruments.
• Attending coordination meetings and engineering review meetings with the vendors as required. Reviewing instrument aspects of package unit vendor drawings
• Doing the site survey (Offshore/Onshore) to get enough input to
  prepare the engineering deliverable.
• A team player with smart team management ability to lead/guide a
  group of engineers in design & detail project engineering. by effective.
• Utilization of resources and control of egg man-hours.
  FAT/SAT, construction & commissioning support for Onshore &
  Offshore activities.
• Generate regular progress reports and update project stakeholders on instrumentation activities.

• Modular oil treating and desalting train 2(MOTD2), DS6 west Qurna-ExxonMobil (Barsa Iraq).
• Ajaokuta and Abuja kaduna kana gas pipeline project -NNPC (Nigeria).
• 504174 - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Of 20 Low-Pressure Remote Gas Dehydration Units Tatweer (Bahrain).

Activity Perform:

• Analyse customer inputs and proceed with Instrument detail Engineering.
• Prepare Instrument datasheets (PT, TT, LT DPT, FT, LS, CV, SDV).
• Prepare Instrument index (Schedule), IO and alarm & trip schedule, Cable schedule, and bill of materials (w.r.t P&ID).
• GA Drawings and wiring for the instrument junction box. Field cable termination details, instrument block diagram. Prepare PLC/Control panel bill of materials and GA, wiring schematics.
• Prepare method statement, HIRA, FAT/SAT procedure, and MRB document, and get approval from the client.
• Prepare valve schedule and valve datasheet and get approval from the client. Prepare instrument hook-up drawing.
• Prepare and review material requestion as per project specification and release to procurement.
• Review vendors/suppliers' engineering drawings, documents, and datasheets in line with project specifications and provide manufacture clearance to vendors.

• EPC for NAG Well Hook-Ups & Pipelines (Tatweer- Bahrain).
  Airside Construction of Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADNOC/ADAC -UAE).
• EPC Works For Haliba Development Project - (ADNOC-UAE).
• EPC Of Raysut Terminal REVAM - (Salala-Oman).

Activity Perform :

• As per customer input analysis prepare design documents like an Engineering document and ensure that we obtain approval from the client.
• Perform Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) with customers to ensure all related equipment operates safely.
• Material planning for the site and coordination with the procurement department. To manage subcontractors and other involved parties on site.
• Resource planning for site execution. Interface at the site with other involved agencies.
• Onsite supervision, Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of process instruments, F&G, ESD, and LDS system & MOV’s.
• Involved in the functional tests, loop tests, and calibration of the field instruments. analyzed the failures related to instrumentation systems and components and recommended corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
