•Maintain asset records and databases necessary to retain accurate and decision-useful asset data.
•Maintain, monitor, update, and regularly report asset register/ data generated from the FSI CAFM system.
•Maintaining financial records of various AMC and On-Demand costs to support contractual and financial reporting and budget forecasting. Tools used to support such reports are FSI, Dynamic 365 ERP and Power-BI.
