  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.

Ensuring the coverage of all types of insurance risks on Finished goods, Raw material in stock and in transit, Waste and Scrap, Plant and machinery, Building, Vehicles and Cash in safe.

  • Preparing Actual landed cost of the material, Machinery, stores and spares and comparing it with the estimated landed cost and finding out the reasons for the variance.
  • Verification of clearing agent's bills for payment (Imports).
  • Preparation of Foreign TT for import of Spares and parts and machinery etc.
  • Checking of material purchase and payment vouchers.
  • Verification of Freight inward and outward payments.
  • Monthly visit of Mills and Physical stocktaking and preparation of various reports such as Work in Process Report Raw Material & Finished Goods Stock Report, Waste Stock & Sale of Waste Report, Cash Count Report, Average Rate of Raw Material Report and Conversion Cost Report.
