• Ensured integrity of cold chain shipments (2–8°C, CRT, frozen, deep frozen) across buildup, breakdown, storage, and ramp operations.
• Operated and monitored temperature-controlled ULDs, cool dollies, and cold rooms to maintain required conditions from acceptance to aircraft loading.
• Used data loggers sensors to track real-time temperature and alert deviations during transit or storage.
• Coordinated with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and freight forwarders to ensure cool chain compliance during interline and international transfers.

• Managed deployment and inspection of Fire Containment Covers (FCCs) and Fire Resistant Containers (FRCs) for lithium battery and DG shipments.
• Conducted fire risk assessments in cargo warehouses, ULD buildup areas, and tarmac zones, proactively mitigating potential hazards.
• Led fire safety drills and emergency response exercises, improving team readiness and response times.
• Collaborated with airline safety and compliance teams to update SOPs for fire incident prevention, containment, and reporting.
