• Responsible for new ATM deployment project in branches, sales service centers and off site location all over the Pakistan
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining smooth operations 24x7 of Bank ATMs services across Pakistan by analyzing information provided by monitoring tools to ensure both efficient and effective services.
• Supporting application (I-Journal, I-CAM, I-WATCH, Nimbus etc.) issues to reduce waste and downtime
• Supervise & execute the project for ATM \ CDMs value added Services.
• Cash \ cheque deposit & card less cash \ cheque deposit transactions.
• Expertise knowledge on NCR ATMs application i.e. I-SUIT (I-Journal, I- CAM, I-Watch) & Nimbus

• Coordination, Commissioning & Testing of Offsite ATMs & Network Links
• Managing WAN Links including over 100branches & 15 offsite ATMs all over the Pakistan
• Including DXX Circuit, ISDN, Dialup, DSL, Radio Modems, Wireless Bridges, VSAT Links, and Wimax
